      Pros

      discount on flight tickets, membership card which provides discounts on different places. salary is on time.

      Cons

      Grade 7 and lower employees have a lot of deductions, such as family visa and health insurance is deducted from salary, parking is not available so either pay public parking which is full or travel by metro. No education allowance for kids, working hours are 8.5. Favouritism exists and getting a promotion is way too difficult.

      Cons

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
