      Health care (you'll need it), education allowance, very good schools for kids, seeing the world (usually at night), secure job, pay on time.

      Cons

      Dusty and sandy living environment, very hot 8 months of the year, punitive management, contract rules constantly changed, lying to employees.

      Cons

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
