Pros

* The only positive is that you will sometimes see certain destinations.

Cons

* Incredibly busy and tiring rosters. * Intimidation tactics when using sick days. * No flexibility when it comes to annual leave. * Salary is not competitive. * Hotels you stay at when on duty are subpar. * Management is incompetent and doesn’t take feedback from anyone. * Outdated Image and uniform standards. * Incredibly hard to advance your career (limited internal vacancies, no internship opportunities etc.) * Health insurance and maternal leave benefits are a joke.

Pros

Salary, 401k, colleagues, flight benefits.

Cons

Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
