      Salary, benefits, travels, experience’s, colleague’s

      Cons

      They do not treat people with respect. Very toxic environment. If you get sick or have a serious sickness they will fire you with no possibility to rejoin. You are a number.During covid-redundancies were happening and they way they deal with that was absolutely awful . Once they start hiring they never prioritize these employees. Shocking way to treat people. You work crazy hours, 24hrs a day with minimum rest. Never seen anything like that

      Cons

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
