      Cheap flights, tax free salary for crew based in Dubai and accommodation

      Cons

      Treated unfair by managers who don't know how you work, very short layovers when flight is 14 hours or more bad appraisal system senior staff pressurised to put negative comments on flight review even though did a great job

      Cons

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
