Over ambitiousness causing minor shakes at the bottom which may ultimately result in big cracks. Too big to be managed as a centralized unit Senior Management rigidity due to multiple layers of decision makers.

Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
