      Pros

      I am very pleased with working for EK. It's a very laid back inviroment, where the collegues become a part of your family. Also, the compensation and benefits are excellent in comparison to other airlines.

      Cons

      Being quite a small operation in NYC, the possibilities of advancement are very slim and you really need to excell to get promoted.

      Cons

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
