Average. Could be better. Greedy Company. - Call Center Agent The Emirates Group Employee Review

Pros

Discounts on air tickets. No uniform at work. You can work paid overtime. Multi-national team from around the world.

Cons

Bad management. Unorganized. Don't listen to their employees' requests. When I was leaving the company they tried to scam me for around AED 2000 (long story). Very silly rules that ruin your work experience and mood. They might penalize you for a very small stuff. The pay is not worth the high workload (back-to-back calls) and demands of the management. I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless they get rid of all these cons I mentioned. Salary was around AED 6000. Very difficult to get promotion.

Pros

Salary, 401k, colleagues, flight benefits.

Cons

Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
