Pros

Training Exposure to international market Travel perks

Cons

God forbid you meet a bad manager The workplace is exciting based on the manager you get. I have had both and I feel I had the best time with a manager who was inclusive and worked equally hard as all of us. Then I had a manager who was busy playing politics and sabotaging.

Pros

Salary, 401k, colleagues, flight benefits.

Cons

Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
