      Great pay for retail, really great people to work with, active job, personal satisfaction from helping customers.

      Cons

      constant changes to policies are extremely frustrating to employees and customers. some early mornings/late nights.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
