      Pros

      This job does not feel like retail. Everyone is extremely helpful, especially management. The atmosphere is very welcoming as a customer and employee. Management and communication can make or break one's experience, and thus far, TCS has been great in both areas

      Cons

      One downside of working at TCS is that at the end of the day, its still retail. Hours aren't necessarily guaranteed or consistent

      Great Customer. Customers come in and find the time and energy to be positive making for a great working environment.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
