      I love The Container store. Good discount.

      Cons

      Part-time sales associates are paid $13/hour and expected to do everything from unloading trucks, stocking shelves, serving customers, checking out as well as processing returns, and more. No commission. Small hourly bump on truck days. Most employees have college degrees.

      Great Customer. Customers come in and find the time and energy to be positive making for a great working environment.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
