      People were nice to work with.

      The level of micromanagement is ridiculous, very little training and unrealistic sales expectations from the top down.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
