      Pros

      I loved getting to know all the other employees and always felt comfortable with everyone. They give you a lot of opportunity to try new things and stretch your skills. I always felt supported and valued for my work.

      Cons

      Everyone has to work at least one weekend shift, but that is to be expected of a retail job.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
