      I love working for a company that seta you up for success by providing extensive training so that you never feel unprepared for a task. I have met so many wonderful people during my time at the Container Store. It is one of those places that makes you happy to come to work every day.

      Cons

      Working in retail requires lots of patience and sometimes thick skin.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
