Pros
Some of the best people to work with. The company really goes through an extensive interview process to find great people. They don't just fill a position with a body, they care about who works there. The pay is also pretty decent for retail. On average I guess they pay about 50 percent more than other retailers.
Cons
There is a very limited amount of room for advancement. If you don't pretend that you are happy and love every minute of every day you will be in trouble. It feels more like a cult than a company. LOTS of COOL AIDE offered to drink...and you better drink it. Basically, just an acting job
