Management is terrible. Make many promises to part time staff and have no intention of following through with said promises. Purposely give low scores on reviews to reduce having to give raises. Management petty and condescending. Overall very unhealthy environment. General staff morale is low due to over-management although they say they "empower employess to make decisions with customers" .
