They really could give a little investigation into the managers that they employ. I struggled alot with mental health and my manager at the time did not help at all with this. In fact they made it worse to the point where I did not want to be there when they were in. The staff were not aloud to sit down on shift at all on the shop floor. Yet our manager sat on a lite stool and played games on her phone, regardless of whether customers were in or not. I recall being very new and received a message from my manager telling me I would have to lock the shop up as she wouldn't make it back in time. I had no knowledge of the alarm system or how to do the till. I had to get in touch with a colleague who talked me through it as my manager was too busy to pick up the phone. This manager was rude, condescending and refused to understand anxiety and panic attacks to better help her employees.
