Management was incredibly disappointing, I was essentially bullied out of the company. The right things sometimes get said, but the follow through is poor. I was gaslit everyday to the point where my mental health suffered (hence leaving!). I felt I couldn’t approach other managers as there is a perceived ‘us and them’ mentality, which left me feeling very isolated
