The body shop - Customer Consultant The Body Shop Employee Review

We are expected to pester customers right from when they come in the door and not to take no for an answer until we’ve asked 3 times, this is not always comfortable. Not enough hours offered in contracts, the only full time position is store manager. Stock room and staff room is disgusting yet the shop floor always looks lovely. Company appears to have good ethos when it comes to sustainability and recycling yet all our deliveries come coated in plastic when they could simply use cardboard boxes. Higher management never supplied us with cleaning supplies.
