Prepares you to be a well rounded manager. Has a good collection of online portals that are easy to navigate and provides you with required information. Great company to work for with good ethics.
Cons
Bonuses aren’t great, structure changed over time and is nearly impossible to achieve. Extremely demanding for such little pay compared to other cosmetic companies. No work/life balance. Overstretches management to exhaustion.
