Pros
Friendly managers and staff, positive feedback, training, you learn a lot about skincare and body care, lots of CFT ingredients in their products, good discount, super welcoming and safe environment.
Cons
Sometimes reinforcement of training is annoying but I get why they do it so I can't really complain much. Also the managers do the schedule and it doesn't come out consistently, so you can't really have specific days/times that you know you for sure are working, more like like if you get scheduled yay, if not, whomp whomp.
