Pros
Great Relationships with the Representatives. Loved meeting with and working with Representatives to coach them on growing their business. They made the job worth it!!!
Cons
No work life balance. No appreciation from upper management. Treated like second class citizens. Zero empowerment even tho we were expected to help empower women daily.
