      People are nice and do care about the business and the vision of the company...

      Cons

      Leadership is quite toxic- they only take care of the people they like and only focus on them. They cut expenses but then spend like crazy when it comes to doing what they want. They have added so many middle layers that it really doesn't make any sense.
