Pros
Decent health insurance for the pice
Cons
Pay (base and bonus rate) is sub par vs competitors. Equity is completely non-competitive. There is zero flexibility with WFH or any of the modern amenities every other pharma company enjoys. The company endlessly finds new ways to cut corners on finances, and ends up paying in the long run on money, quality, and time when they replace vital functions with cut-rate offshore workers. At the same time, certain teams and certain brands have zero oversight into their processes or spending until they have burned up tons of it. Good luck getting quality hardware or software to do your job. Senior leadership never sees any of this because they are completely detached from day to day reality, even by normal senior leader standards. The only goal is to cut fat to look better (probably for a sale) but they are running out of fat to cut. Above all, the worst part is most teams have been critically understaffed since the big culling in 2019. As a result, everyone works 10+ hour days at minimum, and everyone is at each other's throats all day.
