Pros
Great global company with inspiring past. Used to be famous of its Scandinavian work culture.
Cons
Glory day past. Very political work environment especially will more and more American and Indian management style changing the company culture. Bad local management at Singapore site, work life balance is becoming just a slogan only. Promotion is not meritocracy based, but based on subjective personal relation. If your talent is in anything but selling yourself, avoid working for its IT organisation.
