Generally cares about their employees and with good recognition program . TP tries very hard to live its values . Management is generally employee focused . Travel can be excessive depending on the position . You will for the most part be expected to fly economic class . And work the next day . Company is very customer focused but sometimes can be hard on suppliers .
Cons
Competition has forced the company to make decisions that may not be in the long term interest of the employees . Management will need to face this challenge . Factories and offices are closing and moving to more strategic locations ,
