Pros
We had to deal with the chaos that were left when the previous team has left - in a year we could build up the processes and the workforce among us with our manager, which was a good on-the-job learning experience, even though it required a lot of effort from our side.
Cons
The internal communication is poor, the management is not open for suggestions and look down on the employees. If you're lucky, you can end up in a nice team, but rumors and the lack of bond can create an upsetting atmosphere in the office. There is a lot to improve in the employee engagement, hard-working colleagues give up seeing the ignorance from the management.
