Pros
Tetra Pak "collects" good specialists, provides social benefits for employees and sets clear company and individual objectives. Tetra Pak takes care to develop people and improve competence.
Cons
Tetra Pak is quite inflexible organization which creates difficulties to work with Customers and often gives advantage to competitors. There are too much (from my point of view) focus on internal bureaucracy procedures and processes.
