The company is very well structured.. all policies and procedures are globally cascaded to the clusters and countries.. very organized with the systems and tools ad applications.
Cons
Very old company ..almost everyone is above 40 years old, very stressful environment, company has no respect of peoples personal time.. i was sometimes working for 14 hours and no overtime Company doesnt spend enough on celebrations or kick offs or anything actually that will make the employee engage to the work place
