Pros

- Direct line manager that keep encourage and provide support for his/her teams. - Flexible work arrangements, there's no strict working hour - Hybrid working, can choose freely between WFO and WFH/WFA - Lucrative salary and benefit package

Cons

- Overpromising to customer, so customer have unrealistic expectations - Inability to align between assignment with reality - Endless meeting just to discuss something that will be change suddenly - For some division because of market size and condition, increasing manpower quantity is very tricky. - Work life is imbalance due to fluctuate work load
