Pros
Tetra Pak is a truly Global company and it is felt in the workplace . You have the opportunity to work on cross-functional teams and usually with other countries. It is very lean so you will always be busy. There is freedom with accountability so managers generally don't micromanage. Employees feel like they can speak up. Benefits are competitive, especially the 401k. Very good training budget for your own professional development. The company has excellent technology which allows for flexible work hours and work from home. If you work hard and earn the respect of your manager and coworkers, you'll get freedom with accountability.
Cons
Other reviews are true that the company keeps bad apples too long. Tetra Pak is a very complex business so if an employee has been there a long time, they'd rather hold onto them then train someone new. Restructuring has created a change and top leaders are generally on assignment for a few years, then move to another country to lead that cluster. This makes it difficult for them to create impactful change. Difficult to get promoted as this company is very lean.
