      A company that values its employees, supports young professionals in their growth, and fosters a unique learning culture, this is what makes it a leader in its industry

      Cons

      It is a very demanding company, though this largely depends on your position. There are still some coordinators with a strong, rigid temperament who do not fully appreciate young professionals.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
