Pros
Can't speak on the quality of it today but the GT program from my class was well managed and gave ample opportunity to learn marketable skills. Planning work life was terrible but those years still get me interviews today and made me a better leader. Operations taught me more about leadership that I imagined. Still miss the benefits package from Tenaris. It was definitely worth staying to grow from analyst to coordinator, coordinator to manager just felt like a waste of time.
Cons
Work life is pretty poor and ignored year after year. Not a company that prioritizes cultural diversity. If you're a blonde woman who can speak Spanish they'll put you on posters and maybe send you to Argentina for a few months but there's no comprehensive plan to Americanize the company. Most of the top executives are Italian dinosaurs who are out of touch with what's happening on the shop floor. Ugly history of being founded by Italian facists.
