      Good pay good people and immediate department bosses seem to truly care about you as a person not just a number Also plenty of training offered for advancement of skills and career

      Cons

      Language barriers and too many engineers that think they are smarter than you which leads to doing projects multiple times due to not accepting suggestions from experienced employees until their way fails

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
