      El salario es muy bueno en comparación con el resto de empresas en Colombia. Si eres muy bueno podrás sobresalir y poder realizar viajes internacionales. Procesos muy complejos que te ayudas a aprender mucho sobre la industria oil & gas.

      Te ofrecen flexibilidad pero es una empresa demasiado exigente. Hay muchos lideres en Colombia (contados) los cuales hacen el ambiente de trabajo bastante complicado.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
