      The company is a Latin based company with great opportunities for growth and compensation. There are great people to work with and learn from. The diversity is unlike any other company.

      Cons

      Work life balance in this company is not the best and workload can at times be exponential. It is expected to do things the “Tenaris way” which takes time to learn and develop.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
