      Pros

      Hourly pay and bonus plan are good. Good co workers and opportunity to learn and grow in the industry of oil and gas

      Cons

      Very strict management and very up and down industry. Bad work environment at times as production is drilled and enforced even though they claim safety to be their top. No loyalty to experienced employees. Seniority means absolutely nothing to this company!

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.

      Work life balance was okay. 12 on 2 off schedule but you have a lot of early days
