      The benefits are good they like to educate the employees and safety is a priority

      Cons

      It is in the oil and gas industry so it goes up and down about every five years or so and they need to pay more than they do

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
