      Pros

      Great work environment, very friendly coworkers. Open office layout with open door policy. Plenty of opportunities to network with other employees.

      Cons

      Manufacturing couplings day after day can get rather repetitive. Traffic in Houston can be bad, but that is just something one has to learn to live with.

      Environment was great, money was good, benefits were outstanding

      Cons

      Work life balance was okay. 12 on 2 off schedule but you have a lot of early days
