      Pros

      Its a strong industrial company, always chasing for industrial excellence. It has the best management control I've seen around. Its a good place to learn and develop in the technical side. Salary and benefits will depend on the area and in your ability to negotiate, as in most places.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not a priority. As many big organization, it has became very burocratical and promotions are not always driven by merit. With the low oil prices, the company is shrinking in many aspects.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
