      Decent pay very good benefits nice office

      Cons

      You can only grow if you are Argentinian, Mexican or Italian No respect for local values and culture no respect for work life balance promotions are based not on results but on country of origin and personal relationships.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
