Great training programs and courses available that look great to other oil and gas companies. Friendly work environment. Easily the industry leader, both in reputation and financially. Company is strategic and makes smart big picture decisions. International travel is sometimes possible for training.
Cons
Work life balance has been the #1 ranked employee complaint (via Employee Survey). Low pay for the industry that everyone openly acknowledges and complains about (#2 complaint). Turnover has been a problem because of the above reasons. Upper management is all Argentine. No effort or attempts to balance this out. Very few women, especially when you get to higher level positions. Rigid bureaucracy to get anything accomplished (most approvals, for software, raises, hiring, etc..., must go through Argentina).
