      Development is one of the key value of the company. There is the possibility to rotate job if you feel you are not in the right position. You have the possibility to meet different people from different countries and culture.

      You will work more than 8 hours per day, sometimes also in the weekends.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
