      Pros

      Tenaris is good with any family issues you may have. Training department is getting better and will listen to suggestions.

      Cons

      You have to be of Latin decent to be eligible for any real promotions beyond shift supervisor. Lots of discrimination against Americans in the Bay city plant.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
