      Pros

      Compensation is OK, poor compared to similar companies and little option for increased salary. Poor chance of progression unless University educated and have a face that fits

      Cons

      The worker bees are largely ignored, there is a higher echelon within the company so unless you worm your way in, you will get nowhere

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
