      - A lot of training; - Opportunity to travel; - Opportunity to work abroad; - Good salary and benefits

      - Burocracy : as it is global, it can take a long time to have access, approval, etc.; - Not so flexible: lot of procedures; - Long work hours: usually we work more hours than the STD.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
