      Salaries, growth/development opportunities, global view, travelling (depends on the department).

      Cons

      Bureaucratic (below average though). Work/life balance might become an issue down the road if you're an 8to5 person.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
