      The company has good benefits and overall the culture is good. It's expanding into more markets and thus more opportunities will arise.

      Cons

      Employee pay and advancement need serious improvements. Very slow to make changes and recognize issues. Management is too prideful.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
