      No consideration for how well of a worker you are. If you've been with the company a long time you're usually first to get let go. Try's to offer you a lower severance than you're entitled to, get legal advice you'll get a better offer

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
